Many of them suffering from this illness do not dare to talk about it with those around them, as if they have the illusion that they cannot approach this subject openly.
Illusion will therefore be at the heart of the theme of our captivating charity evening: the Bow Tie Affair PROCURE 2024.
Through an immersive experience, all your senses will be engaged: astonishment, surprise and sometimes even slight discomfort will be present in order to create unforgettable moments and opportunities for exchange with other guests, without neglecting pleasure. This deliberate confusion will help break down the barriers of embarrassment and uncertainty that often surround this subject, although it is so common.

An official donation receipt for tax purposes of $100 is automatically issued for each ticket purchased and will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed.

THE IMPACT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION
The Bow Tie Affair PROCURE 2024 is a charitable event for the benefit of PROCURE, which is the only Quebec non-profit organization dedicated to the fight against prostate cancer.
100% of profits raised from ticket sales for this event are invested for the cause.
These funds allow PROCURE to offer free, essential information and support services for men with prostate cancer and their loved ones, all year round.
In addition, the donations collected finance cutting-edge research projects on prostate cancer, both in Quebec and in Canada, to give hope to patients and improve their overall quality of life through this ordeal.

The Bow Tie Affair PROCURE 2024 will take place on November 28, 2024, at Marché Bonsecours (350 Rue Saint-Paul E, Montréal, QC H2Y 1H2).
Doors open at 6 p.m.
People aged 18 and over who have purchased a ticket.
A maximum of 500 tickets are available.
Tickets are only on sale online on PROCURE website as well as on its Shopify store.
Electronic tickets (with QR code) will be sent automatically by email. Make sure you have a valid email address and enter it correctly during your transaction.
Payment for the $350 ticket must be paid in full by credit card at the time of purchase.
No ticket purchase can be canceled or refunded. However, it is possible to transfer your ticket to another person if necessary.
Yes. No limit of tickets per person.

You can download your tickets in PDF format, print them or add them to your Apple Wallet. The QR code on your tickets will be scanned upon entry to the event. Please keep the email containing your tickets.

Don’t worry, your ticket is not lost! All transactions and ticket orders are recorded in our system.
If you have deleted the email containing your e-tickets, please contact us at info@procure.ca and we will resend your tickets.
No, this is not required. To access the event, 2 options are available to you:
- Present your electronic ticket on a smartphone (downloaded PDF document or Apple Wallet).
- Print the PDF document containing your tickets.
In all cases, it is the QR code appearing on your ticket which will be scanned at the entrance to the event to validate your ticket.
The 2024 edition bow tie and pocket square included with the purchase of an entry ticket for the Bow Tie Affair will be shipped by mail for all orders placed until November 21.
For any ticket purchase made after November 21, please note that you will need to collect your bow tie directly at the event upon arrival.
When purchasing multiple tickets, the bow ties associated with the purchase will all be sent to the shipping address provided when ordering.
In the case of a ticket transfer to another person, only the event ticket will be transferred by email. The bow tie will be sent to the shipping address indicated in the original order. If applicable, it is the buyer’s responsibility to give the bow tie included in the purchase to the person to whom the entry ticket is transferred.
All profits from this fundraising activity are 100% donated to the PROCURE organization.
