That’s why, during Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, PROCURE suggests you make small changes to improve your well-being. Each week, we will offer you modifiable behavior options related to a theme. It’s up to you to choose which ones you feel are most feasible to integrate into your daily life over a 21-day period, at any time that suits you.
For each weekly theme, you will be able to choose the modifiable behavior that motivates you as we provide options, practical advice, tips and resources to help you succeed.
