These terms of use constitute an agreement between PROCURE and the user (“User”) regarding the use of this site (“Site”), products and services (the Site, products and services are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”), owned, operated and provided by PROCURE.
This agreement between PROCURE and the User, for an indefinite period, takes effect when the User accesses the Site.

Orders and purchases made through our Site are subject to the following conditions:
- The User must pay in full the total amount due indicated on his order at the time of purchase.
- All purchases made on the Site must be paid in full by credit card at the time of purchase.

PROCURE will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the items as quickly as possible and within the time specified; however, PROCURE declines all responsibility for delays in delivery beyond its control.
